One of 235 copies on Montval paper, from an edition of 296. 230 mm x 285 mm. 154 pp. Bound by Christine Leonard in gray box calf, in a pierced screen binding, on the front panel colored onlays form a recessed screen with triangular ends exposing the gray suede guard, the design repeated on the back cover; all edges gilt, matching chemise in slipcase of gray paper and pink calf with green onlays. Signed on lower front turn-in "C. Leonard". A refined and elegant binding, by one of Belgium's top designer binders. Leonard was born in Charleroi in 1949 and studied with Tchekeroul, one of the greatest jansenist binders. Item #32804
